Pricing Questions
What's included in the attorney review?
Tonya personally reviews every estate plan before it's finalized. She checks for California law compliance, identifies potential issues, ensures your documents work together properly, and customizes language for your specific situation.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price listed includes everything needed to complete your estate plan: the questionnaire, document drafting, attorney review, revisions, and coordination of notarization. The only additional costs would be the notary fee itself (typically $15-25 per signature) and recording fees if you choose to record your deed.
What if my situation is complex?
Our Family Plan covers most complex situations including blended families, special needs beneficiaries, and multiple properties. If your situation requires additional customization beyond that, Tonya will discuss options and any additional costs before proceeding.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, we offer payment plans. You can split your payment into two installments: half when you start your plan and half when your documents are ready for signing.
What if I need changes after my plan is complete?
Life changes, and your estate plan should too. We offer trust amendments and restatements at the rates listed above. We also recommend reviewing your plan every 3-5 years or after major life events.
